I have been in contact with both Imylen S and with Lana about canceling my purchase of a subscription. My reply function to Imelyn (Imee?) (imme?) did not work so I am using this method to re-contact you. We agreed that my *-year cost of $**.** would be canceled and refunded to my Discover card, along with any future renewals, and I would receive access to my requested report for a new charge of $**.**. My confirmation * for these actions is *********. From ImeIyn, I received instructions via email for canceling, and I followed them, and your system did not recognize me. Please email me to verify that these facts are true and correct, and make sure my account is closed.
