If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I am prompted to set-up my account with two-factor authentication. I tried doing it by having my cell phone texted, but never received the text. I tried so many times that I am locked out of that option. **My only other option is to have a postcard with a code mailed to me. I requested that months ago, but never received it.**I would like to complete this process as there are certain deals on MyPoints which I can only participate in if I am authenticated.**Please help me!**Thank you!
