Hello. I placed an order for a bathroom vanity and sink on the Home Depot website through MyPoints on October 2. I received an order confirmation from Home Depot but did not see any details in my MyPoints account. Can you please explain the process to me as this is my first time using MyPoints for an order? I recall being informed that points would be awarded after 75 days with a Pending status. Can the MyPoints team look into this promptly? As I plan to order from Amazon.com through MyPoints in the future, I already have an existing Amazon account under a different email and user ID. How will this impact earning MyPoints points? On November 20th, I discovered unauthorized activity on my points account. Approximately 28,[redacted] points were used to purchase 2 $[redacted] gift cards for the Gap, a store I do not shop at. Despite having 8,[redacted] points remaining, I am unable to access my account and suspect these points were also used. I have reached out to customer support multiple times without any resolution. I believe this incident is not an isolated case and am concerned about the security of my account. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and wish to resolve this issue, with hopes of recovering my stolen points. I urge for a more prompt and direct customer service approach, as emails have not yielded results. To safeguard our communications, please contact me through a different email address than [redacted] I seek guidance on preventing such unauthorized access in the future. Kindly refrain from sending any further correspondence to my old email.

On October 2nd, I redeemed [redacted] points to transfer to my United Mileage account, but the points never appeared. Despite sending multiple emails (around 4 times), United has not resolved the issue. They keep mentioning updates but nothing changes. The questions they ask seem unrelated and they dodge answering mine. (For example, they asked if I redeemed for a UMP in January or gifted my points to another user, to which I said no to both.) I simply want my points transferred to my United Mileage account. The ticket number for this issue is [redacted].

I am having difficulty with the points for the card I redeemed but never received. The points were initially added back to my account, then removed again. I have never had this issue before and am disappointed. I either need the card sent to me or the points reinstated on my account. It seems like a mistake if the card was mailed to the wrong address. I have not received the card despite redeeming it. I would like a resolution soon, as I have appreciated your company until now. It is frustrating that there is no phone number to contact for assistance. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I have been experiencing issues accessing my "My Points" account. Even after changing my password, which I knew was correct, I noticed a significant decrease in my points balance over the past few days. It appears that someone accessed my account and redeemed my points for several Amazon gift cards. I have been a loyal member of My Points for years without any prior problems. When attempting to use their online customer support, I found myself directed to irrelevant articles. It's frustrating that the company doesn't have a phone number for support. Recently, I also did not receive a $50 Kohl's gift card that I redeemed points for and my request went unanswered. This experience is disappointing, and I am seeking assistance to resolve these issues promptly.

My account was recently compromised, resulting in the loss of over 50,[redacted] points that were redeemed for gift cards without my knowledge on November 7, [redacted] (Walmart) and November 10, [redacted] (Amazon). The hacker changed the email address associated with my account, preventing me from accessing it. I have been a loyal member of MyPoints for many years. Despite reaching out to Customer Support on their website and through Facebook Messenger, I have not received a response. When I messaged them on Facebook after hours, I only received an automated message stating their hours are 9-5 PST, which does not align with my timezone. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance and concerned after finding others who have faced similar issues. The company's lack of action raises questions about their credibility and why they have not been held accountable for these breaches.

I reached out to MyPoints via email to resolve an issue urgently. My account got deactivated due to entering an incorrect birth year on a survey, which is a first for me. Surprisingly, they swiftly deactivated my account, leaving me unable to access my 4,[redacted] points ($25 gift certificate) needed for the holidays. Their response outlined a 14-day wait for resolution, which feels excessively long. I provided my driver's license photo to expedite the process, but I hoped for a resolution in 1-2 days, not 2 weeks. Given that I do all my shopping through MyPoints, accumulating points this season is impacted now. If a phone number were available, I could have resolved this promptly. Verifying my correct age of 45 should be straightforward as the erroneous input made me just 5 months old. I only wish to reactivate my account promptly. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I signed up for MY POINTS approximately five years ago under the name PEGGY HILSON from MINOT, NORTH DAKOTA. I had accumulated 27,[redacted] Points and tried to redeem them but after submitting all necessary documents, it seems like my account was deleted and I never received any further communication. I am hesitant to join again because I want to ensure that I will receive the gift cards I earned.

I'm frustrated because mypoints surveys blocked me stating my answers were inconsistent. I believe they did this because I had previously complained about their survey partners. These partners let me spend 25 minutes on surveys, only to disqualify me when almost done, costing me up to [redacted] points. I feel they used my information dishonestly. Any thoughts?

I am experiencing issues logging into the Points.com website to access my Advantage account. I attempted to log in three to four weeks ago but encountered difficulties with the representative. I believe she was unable to access my account properly. My Advantage number is 6XC62D0. Unfortunately, my password is not working, making it impossible for me to log in and view my points. Please reach out to me at [redacted] and leave a message on my voicemail if I am unable to answer the call. I would appreciate a callback to resolve this matter and discuss redeeming my 56,[redacted] accumulated advantages for gift cards from the Points.com selection.

I recently completed survey [redacted]9 after answering numerous questions for about 20 minutes. However, I received only 5 points instead of the full amount. Also, I just spent 15 minutes on survey SurveyPMR[redacted]3, answered numerous questions on social media and Facebook, but was told I didn't qualify and only received 5 points. I expect to receive the correct amount of points for both surveys.

I visited MyPoints a few days ago to participate in surveys. However, I received an unclear message about my responses being inconsistent. I am unsure why this happened and am unable to reach anyone for clarification. I've been a member since [redacted]! I attempted to contact them through messages and their Facebook page, but I only received generic responses directing me to customer service, which I've already reached out to. This situation is very frustrating for me.

I wanted to buy a washer and dryer from Lowe's after receiving an email from MyPoints. Unfortunately, the purchase had to be made in-store. Despite inquiring at the store about linking the sale to my MyPoints account, I was informed they couldn't do it from their end. They suggested providing a receipt to submit to MyPoints. MyPoints contends that I didn't 'click thru' to initiate the purchase, which is necessary for them to track the transaction.

I responded to a MyPoints promotion to support Sierra Club for triple points but have not received any points after contributing on July 1st, July 20th, and Aug. 20th using my AMEX card. I tried contacting support via email but was told I submitted under the wrong topic and to resubmit, with no instructions on how to do so. When attempting to use their bot, I was directed to a "live chat" with "Alicia," but got disconnected without being able to reconnect. The bot was unhelpful upon my return. Please assist me with this issue.

I made purchases on Amazon using the MyPoints app, but none of them were credited as points as they were supposed to be. Additionally, I am experiencing difficulties with the app not scrolling down far enough to show payment options when trying to make a purchase. I am a loyal member of MyPoints.com and received a Bonusmail on 9-10-[redacted] offering [redacted] Points for joining "Silk.com". Despite following the instructions and signing up on 9-13-[redacted], I have not seen the promised Pending Points in my account statement. When I reached out to the Help Center at MyPoints.com, I was directed to file a complaint under a specific subject; however, the response I received indicated that I had chosen the wrong topic. I attempted to use the link they provided to no avail and found no specific help for missing Bonusmail points in the Help Center. I have reached out to ZenDesk at MyPoints.com for assistance, but my optimism is dwindling. I plan to contact "Silk" and their Internet Marketing Dept. to seek their intervention. It is frustrating that customer service representatives do not guide users to the correct process for resolving such issues promptly within the 14-day timeframe for reporting missing points. I suspect this contributes to many users missing out on rightfully earned points. Moreover, my attempts to contact MyPoints.com via phone have been unsuccessful, raising concerns about their accessibility. If anyone can advise me on the exact "Heading & Subject" to select at the MyPoints Help Center for filing my complaint efficiently, I would greatly appreciate it. I am experiencing issues with adding to this ticket as every response I receive is a standard message asking me to re-upload my receipt. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload the receipt, which is the root of the problem. Please take a moment to review my message below to understand the issue at hand and proceed to manually credit my account with the missing [redacted] points. Hello, I recently received an email stating that my purchase did not meet the required amount for the offer. Although I did spend enough at the store, the receipt upload tool only allowed me to select the highest tier for points and dollar purchases. Despite this, I chose the highest tier, assuming that the correct tier would be adjusted later, resulting in the purchase appearing insufficient. The reward system comprises three levels, and my purchase falls into the middle tier, totaling $20, entitling me to [redacted] points. I recently ordered from Vuse Vapor using my points. The order arrived promptly, but my points were put on hold for the purchase. After I submitted the required documents, including the order number and receipt, I haven't received any updates for over two weeks. This has happened before, and I'm frustrated. I received an email from Vuse Vapor stating they couldn't verify my transaction. I'm unsure what steps to take next.

I attempted to create an account using the email [redacted] When trying to set a password, it indicated that I already have an account with that email. I requested a password reset but did not receive the email prompting me to do so. I then tried to create accounts with [redacted] and [redacted], but encountered the same issue. Subsequently, I faced similar problems when trying to access services.
