Redeem my points for a four night stay ... I reserved a stay through Hotels.com on MyPoints for three nights I March. The stay (* nights, we added a night) was completed March **th. It was at the Keeter Center in Hollister, Mo. I checked with the front desk during our stay that it was posted as through MyPoints and they assured me it was. I have contacted them through their help center FOUR times and each time I get a standard email telling me they can't check it out until ** days have past. It has been well over ** days! I even called The Keeter Center and had them send me a detailed receipt and attached it to my last enquiry, and today I got ANOTHER form letter saying the same thing! I have been a member for years and have been very happy until now. PLEASE help me get through to them!
I have sent them numerous emails and even included the checkout statement to prove I completed the stay
