I just put my burgundy full sheets on my bed for the first time, and I noticed the fitted sheet plush two of the pillow cases are a lighter color than the flat sheet and the remaining two pillow cases. I was told to send* pictures to you. Please forgive me, but my phone does not take good pictures. And I hope I'm doing this right. The order *is ******** Thank you. Theresa Kingston
I was told I would be contacted by a representative. I would like a new set of sheets with matching colors please.
New, I wasn't aware I had to correct this situation myself. I just opened the sheets and put them on my bed ,I don't feel as though there is anything to do except the company replace the sheets with new ones.
