I am experiencing migraines related to my scarred thalamus and prefer not to take phone calls presently. I am facing an issue with an email address, myheritageqauser@gmail, logged into My Heritage Family Tree Builder, and I am unable to delete it. I need to change it to [redacted] to access the program and download my family trees, which include surnames like Humaj(ova), Cagan(ova), Fletcher, Finlay, Adams, and more. This email address has caused a compromise in my Family Tree Builder password. My Trusted Devices list shows activity from Australia with the IP [redacted].54.[redacted].[redacted]. The title of my work is "Fletchers of St Andrews, Rodiny Humaj(ova) do Horne Vestenic a Cagan(ova) do Dolne Vestenice do Republika Slovenska." I have six trees on My Heritage, including ancestral lines, a tree from Ancestry, Family Tree of Kevin Bedford, a Geni.com matches-based tree, an all-in-one tree named "My Heritage," and an extended family tree of President Kennedy.

Hello, I subscribed to the Premium plan for 69.00 euros and noticed on my November bank statement that there were 2 charges: - 69.00 euros for the Premium subscription - [redacted].00 euros for DATA, which I did not subscribe to. I am requesting a refund of the [redacted].00 euros. I informed the Customer Service Director, "Lea C," who assured me that she would address this issue. I am still waiting. I have been investigating Blas Escobar's case, but it has been challenging to find information beyond his birthplace. He went missing from the village of Sonseca and substituted his second family name Ruiz with García for unknown reasons. In order to continue my investigation, I am considering accessing the registry in Portugal to see if he may have relocated there. Despite my efforts so far, I have not been able to uncover any additional details about his situation on the research site I am using.

They are uploading my data without my permission, and I haven't given permission to anyone. My site has three people and all the information is being stolen. Destroy it now. I have 56 persons using my data. Someone has hacked it. Solve this or I will report you for stealing my work. I expect an urgent response. My email is [redacted]@gmail.com or outlook.com. How are my data safe if they are being made public without the author's authorization? I want everything blocked. I only want to use the internet. Regards.

I have just found out that data from my genealogy work has been copied into your program without my authorization. There is a phone number provided that charges over 1 euro per minute, but I refuse to call an international number. I have requested to block all internet services that are uploading and making my work public. Please respond to my email or call me at [redacted]60.

I bought a DNA Kit as a gift, but the free trial started before I could give it due to delays. I got an email thanking me from MyHeritage with an invoice of $[redacted] charged to my credit card. I cannot afford this now, especially since it was just Christmas. I have not even used the service yet, so I am requesting a refund of the full amount. I hope to get assistance on this matter soon. I forgot to cancel my account within the 14-day free trial and was charged €[redacted] unexpectedly. I wasn't aware of this charge when I signed up, as it was not mentioned initially. I do not have the funds in my account for this payment. I hope for a positive resolution. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my identification number is [redacted]81. I recently spoke with a MyHeritage technician regarding an issue I've been experiencing when trying to invite a family member, Joe Conway, to my website. Despite my efforts, the invitation keeps getting sent to Ailish Canavan instead of Joe. Joe even received an email addressing him as Ailish and mentioning a request for Ailish's birth year. It appears that the website account now belongs to Ailish Canavan, who is the wife of my deceased brother, John Canavan. I maintain a separate account and renew the subscription yearly. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter so that I can successfully send invites. Thank you.

For the past year, I have been receiving emails from MyHeritage, mistakenly thinking they were from Ancestry. I have never signed up for MyHeritage, except possibly for a free trial. I am a loyal Ancestry customer and have no interest in joining MyHeritage or making any payments to them. I want assurances that they will not charge my bank account. I attempted to contact them through two different 1-[redacted] numbers, but they both requested an account number that I do not have. Today's date is 01-18-[redacted].

I recently got automatically charged by Myheritage.com even though I made sure last year to call and prevent it from renewing. Unfortunately, they don't offer an email contact for these issues, making it hard to provide evidence of cancellation. The billing is managed through BLUESNAP, requiring an old username to access payment information and stop the charges. It's frustrating that despite my efforts, they renewed my account, and I can't remove my credit card details. Dealing with this last year was one thing, but it's unacceptable for them to continue this practice. Many users, like myself, are older and find it challenging to navigate. I contacted the company again, but I am not optimistic based on last year's experience. The number I dialed was [redacted]. You are supposed to leave your account number and a message for them to call back. Myheritage.com should be obligated to provide a functioning email address for cancellation confirmation purposes.

Hello, my name is Cinzia Scuotto with ID [redacted]. I have been unfairly charged [redacted] euros on my POSTEPAY card Number 5[redacted] 2[redacted] without ever renewing or subscribing to your site. I had canceled and deactivated it before the end of the free trial period. Additionally, I never consented to using my current account. Sadly, my email, [redacted], was hacked on August 10, [redacted], so I had to close it. I created a new email, [redacted], shortly after but changing it on various platforms, including My HeritageDNA, has been a lengthy process that I'm still working on. I encountered an issue while trying to purchase a subscription online. Despite entering all my information correctly, the website repeatedly stated that my card code was wrong. Frustrated, I gave up, only to later discover that I had unintentionally bought a product different from the one I intended to, resulting in a charge of [redacted]€. This charge was for a "PremiumPlus subscription" as per my bank, not by MyHeritage. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact them due to being in Italy and my phone restrictions. The auto-replies are not resolving the problem either.

On May 31, [redacted], Heritage debited my Visa account for $[redacted] for their best plan, a special promo for seniors, a five-year prepaid plan. I never received confirmation that it was prepaid for five years. On July 2, they charged me another $[redacted] under a different family name. My online experience shows they keep trying to make me pay for something I already paid for. All the phone numbers I tried were phony, including the Utah one. I left a message on a working number, but no one has called back yet. I am concerned they might be a fraudulent company and will report a fraudulent charge soon if this isn't resolved. As a long-time consumer advocate, I know how to report to appropriate federal and state agencies as well as the local police. If Heritage is legitimate, they should provide me with a direct phone number to speak with a responsible person. - Paul W.

I received a discovery email regarding Sarah Mitchell and Andrew A. Mattison. This information revealed that Abigail Worden is Sarah's husband's grandmother, which helped me break through a roadblock in my research. The discovery stated it was from a tree managed by A. Mattison, who I believe could provide further details on Andrew's parents. I would like to know how I can view or request access to this tree. I have helped family and friends with purchasing kits, and they can see a list of common matches when reviewing a specific game. However, they only see one person, which complicates my research. I wonder if this is normal. If this is a new service you offer for free and not part of a higher-cost plan, I would like to know if I can access it for a trial period.
