I was trying to get you to allow access and management of the DNA test that I did to my nephew Wayne Carter. ... I submitted my DNA test, which was purchased for me by my nephew Wayne Carter, I think in March of this year. I am now in my **s and find that the information that is on line is all gobblydegook for me to follow so I request that my nephew Wayne Carter can access and manage my data for me. I have no idea now what my DNA kit number was. I have sent another email about this but am unsure if it got to you. The only ID that I can provide is my name which is Jack (John) Gibson from New Zealand and my email address which is below. Wayne has done a DNA test with you so you already have his details
I cannot follow any meaning of this test.

Have tried ringing the New Zealand phone number but do not have the required information that you want so was not successful.
