I am in search of a shoulder strap for a baritone or tenor saxophone, but not a halter. I am wondering if you have any available for sale or could point me in the right direction to find one. I received an email from a person who used to make straps, particularly a "Spin Strap" for baritone or tenor saxophones. However, they have discontinued making them. I recently purchased an Ernie Ball Sterling JP model guitar around 6 months ago, and I encountered a significant issue. While playing, one of the strings snapped. I proceeded to replace the strings, but instead of the strings breaking, it was the part that holds them in the tremolo that broke. As I continued, two more strings also broke. It seems the material used is of low quality. I am in need of replacements, but I am concerned about potential future breakages during the reassembly process. Over my 35 years of playing, I've rarely had to change this part, but the ones on my RG570 are much sturdier. I would appreciate prompt assistance. Thank you, Ken.

I purchased an Ernie Ball Sterling JP from MUSICIANS FRIEND about 6 months ago, but unfortunately, some of the metal blocks in the tremolo system have broken while playing it. After inspecting it, I noticed two more are broken. I believe these parts are made of pot metal and are not durable. My other guitar's blocks are made of steel and have lasted 25 years with only 2 replacements. The guitar is still under warranty, and I am hoping to receive stronger replacement parts. I purchased an April Acoustic Electric Guitar from Music and Friends, and once it arrived, I noticed circles on it. The white primer was visible, indicating a poor paint job. The guitar had various issues like broken knobs, making it impossible to tune or play. When I contacted them to return it, they canceled my insurance without proper explanation. They referred me to Rogue, the guitar manufacturer, but I haven't heard from them since the 13th. I feel cheated and ignored, left with a faulty guitar. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful; the whole experience is distressing. I demand a refund of $[redacted] plus the insurance money they refunded on my credit card. If they continue to be unresponsive, I will involve the Better Business Bureau and seek legal assistance. This situation is unacceptable and feels like a scam targeting music enthusiasts.

I received the wrong remote for my Gemini AS-12TOGO speaker. I'm Dawn Groves, you can reach me at [redacted] My address is [redacted] S. Main St. Apt. B, Hopkinsville, KY, [redacted]. The small remote that came with the speaker doesn't fit and doesn't have a battery. I have to go to Walmart to buy a battery, but I'm worried it won't match the original one. I'm concerned the cheap quality might lead to it breaking easily. I'm really disappointed that I can't even test out the system. This situation has left me feeling very let down.

I placed an online order for a guitar and amplifier for local store pickup. Unfortunately, the fulfillment process has been delayed, and the communication regarding the status of my order has been lacking. Whenever I call the store, I face long wait times on the phone, sometimes up to 10 minutes, only to be transferred multiple times and end up spending as long as a half-hour on hold. Frustratingly, upon visiting the store, I was informed that the guitar part of my order is not yet available, despite receiving an email indicating the order was ready for pickup. I recently placed an order on your website but did not receive a confirmation email. Despite successfully completing the transaction through PayPal, I faced difficulties when I contacted sales. The representative, John at x3295, was unable to locate my order details or provide any assistance. I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and escalation in customer service. This experience has led me to consider ordering from alternative retailers like Sweetwater or Amazon in the future. Unfortunately, this $80,[redacted] recording studio project will not be placed with your company.
