I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I have downloaded Firefox multiple times on my computer. Each time I try to use Firefox it takes me back to the download page and I am unable to do anything except continue to download it. There's something wrong either with my computer or the Firefox program on the net. I tried to get into a "chat" page on Firefox, but that was like everything else, impossible. There must be some way that I can download Firefox and use it, but continuing to get a download page is not the answer. If you would please send me an email to my email address instructing me on what I need to do or, alternatively, giving me a download link which will work and download Firefox in a usable form, it would be much appreciated. Until then, I must abandon any further efforts to use your browser because it cannot be used by me on my computer. I am running Windows ** Pro, which was just downloaded. My computer is a Dell XPS **** series, with the fastest processor *** that was available when I purchased it. It has * T hard drive, so there is no problem with the speed, space or processing. Please give me some help. Yours very truly, ROBERT K.
