I went into the Movistar shop in Benidorm on *th February **** and told them I was moving back to the UK and wanted to cancel my contract. I was told that I need to bring back the router and Decoder which I did on *th February ****. I was told that they would cancel my Direct Debit. Having recently returned to Spain following the lock-down I have discovered that ** Euros per month has been withdrawn from my account. I went into the shop yesterday and they told me the account had not been cancelled and the only way to do this was by ringing ****. The girl in the shop tried to ring from my UK mobile without success and told me I needed to call from a Spanish phone. *She would not accept that I returned the equipment on *th January and that I was told the account had been cancelled.
