I need to inform Movistar of a change in postal address. My husband changed to Vodaphone years ago....he died in June....I now pay the bill through my bank account,but Vodaphone have stopped sending me the paper copy of the factura.,and I would like to have them ,monthly.

GetHuman-elviraut did not yet indicate what Movistar should do to make this right.

I called the **** number....and just kept repeating ' habla usted ingles.?'......after everything that was said on the automated system......and approx.* mins later,I got a really helpful guy,in English,who,to the best of my knowledge,has solved my problem
