I took a Movistar Mobile Contract in July **** on a tariff without contract term. I changed my provider to Lobster which became active on ********** with my original number from Movistar. I received a bill from Movistar on ******** which I paid, I received another bill on ******** which I tried to stop but Movistar have taken the money from my account anyway. How can I stop them from taking payment for a phone which has not been a Movistar number since ********?

I sent a Facebook Messenger message to 'Movistar' with all details, an explanation and a request for a resolution. I did this in English with an apologie for my lack of Spanish. That was Tuesday then on Friday I got a very polite reply with a full explanation of the charges and a resolution to my problem. All sorted out in * days, excellent **
