update my identification details ... I amended my details on their website changing my old expired passport number (Expired ** years ago) to my NIE number. As a result they have given me a new contract which is twice as dear as the previous citing that the previous contract terms are no longer offered. I did not ask for a new contract, I never cancelled my old contract which i want reinstated. The subscriber is the same, the phone number is the same, the address is the same. Telephone no is *** ******
All I wanted to do was update my identification details
reinstating my contract on the previous terms
I going through their website (in Spanish) only to get a letter saying they have checked and there is nothing wrong

I phoned **** and while the recorded message was being played, I keyed in my telephone number and then I kept saying English and quite soon got put through to an English speaking operative. Unfortunately I had dialled the wrong number but was transferred to the right department (should have dialled **** I believe) after explaining my problem. Another English speaking operative then took my call and I spent about ** minutes going over the problem, waiting for the operative to go away and check what I was saying, and finally getting it (hopefully) resolved - I won't really know until I get my next invoice All I needed was my telephone number, NIE number and previous ID number. I think it might be a case of potluck because I have tried this route before and never managed to get put through to an English speaking operator.
