I have written,spoken on phone and it was recorded. I had a fusion package. I cancelled and returned the box. I cancelled it in May ****. But movistar did not cancel a second mobile I did not want and never used. They instead activated that number and a new direct debit. When I arrived back in Spain on the * September I informed them I did not have the service and I cancelled whatever it was. In November I received a bill and went to three movistar desks to find out what. Was happening. I was finally put on the phone to an English speaker where I recorded my cancellation. I was told it was cancelled. I was charged around ** euros. But I thought it was over. Now I am still getting bills. I am unwilling to pay any more money for something I never uses. I have cancelled it. You have a recording. If you phone me on the number it doesn't work because I never used it. Cut the service.
