Hello **I have tried calling you so many times to cancel my contract I have lost count ! I need to cancel the landline to my house in Es Capdella in Mallorca. *We no longer require the landline as my mother has recently died so my parents no longer visit the island.**In June I rang at least twenty times but no luck getting through , I did speak eventually to a lady who was very rude telling me to go on the website to register and update my passport details to cancel the contract!**Hardly helpful when I could not register as your system said details not known.***I have been a customer of Telefonica since **** so ** years so I think some customer support here would be good and is expected !***This is email is my cancellation of my contract under your client number ***** **** ** ********** **The contract is in my maiden name of **Sarah Tucker**Address *Calle mayor ***Capdella *******Mallorca **I took out the contract in My **** in my name.**I have cancelled the direct debit payment as I am tired for paying for something we no longer use every month.
