My card needed to be updated on my account because I had to get a new card, so I updated it * days ago, they took the money out of my account the next day. I tried to use my movie pass tonight and it said my account was still over due so I figured it was a problem with the app. I deleted the app and re downloaded it, tired to log in and now it is saying i am on an unauthorized device and my account is on a different devise but it is not I even changed my pass word and it still says the same.
GetHuman2614923 did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
