I signed up for movie pass on ******. I got a receipt via email. My checking account was charged in full ***.** on ******. I reached out to them on the *th and they said give them * to * biz days. I reached out to them again on **** via chat and I received the same exact canned chat message I received on the * Th. On **** I found a phone number online and called customer service. The agent said she would escalate and I would hear back in * hour. I waited *.* hr and called back. That agent told me I would not hear back for an ** hours. I asked to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold and eventually disconnected me. On the **nd I started hearing back from them via email but all they do is give you the same canned answer. “We are gear to help” “ give us * to * biz days for the money to settle into out account.” Days later “what is your email address so I can look into this”. My info is in the signature of every email. Along with my full name and telephone number. I feel this is all stall tactics. In ever email I ask for a refund and they ignore my request. I have several conversation ID’s *******, *******. To name two. Now I have not hear anything from theam since *******. I want them to refund my money. If they send me a cancelation confirmation I can get the bank to reverse the charge.
GetHuman-ann_kell did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
