On Dec. **th **** I ordered * passes and never heard from them - so on *th of Jan. **** I ordered * passes. Now they have sent me the * from the **th of Dec. and have charged $***.** two times. So I have paid $***.** and now the refuse to give me back $***.** or at least credit for * tickets for the year ****.*I feel that it is their fault that I was not notified that the **th of Dec. went thru. - this is why I ordered more on the *th of Jan.
GetHuman1970179 did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
