I have had movie pass for over a year now. I continue to use it at E-ticketing theatres. I just got a new phone and tried logging in to the app, but it won't let me log in. It reads "Unauthorized device- account in use on another device". When it is not in use on another device, I logged out of the other one, and don't even have that phone anymore. Please help me get back in to my account. I need to see movies again. I tried calling and every time I call I can't get through.
GetHuman-ashahjan did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
