I received an email saying my account could not be charged for this month. I realized that I needed to change the credit card attached to my account because I got a new one. I went on the app under plan and billing under account and details as it says to do in the self help section of the app and I got an error message saying the data couldn’t be read because the information was missing. Can you fix this so I can update my billing information?
