It had been a busy summer and we haven’t used our Movie Pass yet. We thought that we didn’t start being charged monthly until we used our pass for the first time. When I realized I was already being billed monthly besides the initial registration we decided we wanted to try using the pass. Because of the changes with the Movie pass since we signed up, the movies we have wanted to see haven’t been offered to us. We only had two options one of the days we went to use it and three options tonight. We have never watched R rated movies which limits our use of the movie pass even more. I want to know Walmart I need to do to cancel my membership and since we have never used the pass I want to know if we can get a refund. Especially since we are being charged even without using it.
