When I went to log in to MoviePass this weekend to see what was available I was told my ANNUAL subscription was canceled and I would have to sign up for monthly. I was told the best way to contact MoviePass is through the chat on the app. Guess what? You can't get to the chat without logging in and you can't log in unless your account is active. Talk about a catch **! Anyway, they now assure me that my account is active (after a lot of canned e-mails describing the new plan, of which I was aware and I just wanted to be able to log in to my account). However, I still can't log in to the app - I get a message that my account is not active. Their phone lines don't work and I can't get into my account to use the chat. So I have to use e-mail. They respond about once a day and still haven't solved the log in issue. I was told I had until Friday to cancel my annual pass for a pro-rated refund (I won't be holding my breath for that to happen!) I still think $*.** a month is a good deal for three movies (which is about my average) but if I can't use it, what's the use? I've already lost one weekend of movies because of this issue.**I just want to be able to log in and use my account!
