I created an account with MoviePass on *********,paid the $**, and it worked fine that day. A couple days after I tried to use my app and as soon as I opened it it told me "Looks like this movie pass is no longer active. Reactivate membership." I literally made the account and paid for it maybe * days prior. I have spent days now trying to contact MoviePass, with no luck. This whole issue and process has been very inconvenient. I would like my pass to be fixed or my money to be refunded.
GetHuman-tabiperd did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
