Hello, my name is Mariana. I would like to receive my money back for two months charged to my account (totaling to $**.**). The reason for this is I have not been able to use the MoviePass service whatsoever because I never received a working MoviePass card. I do not think it is fair to continue charging me for this service since I have had no way of using it during these past few months. I have preciously contacted the MoviePass customer service about not having received a card, but they did not follow through with solving this issue. For these reasons, I no longer want to have a MoviePass subsciption, and I feel that it is only fair to receive a full reimbursement due to the fact that I was never able to use the service at all.
