I have an annual membership fee, not a month to month. I just received an email saying I started in august, I didn't, it was april. Are you just sending out mass emails? I was also told only three movies a month, or something. Does that apply to me? It also gave some random date like Aug *? There was not notice of that to start this craziness when my agreement was for a whole year at unlimited. So I guess you are forcing me into * movies a month? You are counting ones I have already seen? What? How can you count when I was never even part of this yet?
GetHuman-alohaaus did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
