I had to do a factory reset in my iPhone when I reinstalled you app it said if I continued installing the app my account would be suspended. I didn't do anything wrong, I just had to reset my phone.*Without access to my app I couldn't submit a ticket. I tried to call ** times YES I KEPT TRACK OF MY CALLS. Because it took you over a month to finally fix the problem, I feel a credit is deserved. As you can see no movies were seen. How much of a credit should I see on my account?
