I originally was trying to see a movie. Now I just want to be able to log in. ... After the screen said no screenings st this theater, I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Now the screen says this account is on another device but not true. I have one and the same iPhone. My number is(***) ***-****.
In their response several days later, they totally ignored the part that said I could not log in. They told me not to go into the movie theater until I found a movie screening listed.
I want to be able to log in.
I have been a customer since November, ****
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I should also mention that my phone had been “freezing”so I went to Apple and they reinstalled everything on my phone. This could also be the proble.
