I've been trying to get ahold of customer service for a month-and-a-half now we have not been able to use our card for over * months they kept saying technical issues for me and my husband both. Now with your new plan we only can look at one movie at our theater and it's at *:** at night and it's iffy cuz it has one of those little Signs by it. We would like to know why we can't get a refund for all the stuff that we've been paying and not been able to use it seems a bit ridiculous. As of now or we are ready to cancel because this is not a good service it's actually ripping us off thoroughly. It is just a pain. We were huge advocators and advertise a lot on social media for you guys and now you're just ******** us. Please reply with what we need to do
