There have been two movies in which we had to pay full price*because: *my husbands movie pass froze up on his phone... and *my movie pass on my phone repeatedly told me that there is another device that is using my card and it wouldn't allow me to use it. I have receipts if you need to see them. I have had to delete the movie pass link on my phone and reinstall it because it literally froze up and wouldn't do anything. Could that have been the problem?*Another issue is that my phone will still not let me use my movie pass card bc it says that another device is using my card??? So I can't use it all!
