I have been trying to use the app that I pay a monthly fee for and it hasn’t been working for almost a week now. ... Movie pass app says there are no screenings at any of my local theaters. For several days. Went to my usual theater, they don’t know what’s going on, but say it’s the same for everyone. If I can’t check in, I can’t use the card, I can’t see the movie - what am I paying for?
This especially frustrating because they sent out an email apologizing for the lapse in service and declaring they were back.
I don’t mind some restrictions to seeing films, like maybe not being able to see the big movies opening weekend, but this is an app for movie lovers. If I can’t see every movie I want by the *nd weekend, I’m missing out on the joy of movie going.
