MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman900389 a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

connect to MoviePass so I can get the gtreen Check Mark in order that I can get into the theatre to see the sh ow of my choice for that time. ... I was getting through and using MoviePass for only the first two times (both in June) July, nothing would go through. I have an android smartphone and it was working fine until it isn't.*I look forward to hearing from you to my email address below b*c I get the busy and pls call back, none of our agents available now Try Again*Two weeks I've been doing this, HELP! Managers won't let me in b*c I get only so far, etc. and I can't show them that I am trying desperately to log into my account like I h ave the two times mentioned previously
I would love to hear from someone on the phone or in an email w* something that directs it's attn to the issue at hand. Not is it fixed??? It isn't.l*Is it possible to at least get a letter from MoviePass giving Managers a guarantee from you all that it permits me to get in until I can from my phone.*Thank you b*c* I sincerely hope so
a couple of months and have only been able to connect w*MOVIEPASS twice and I'm still being billed $**.** for the privellege of having MoviePass
everything but actually getting through to anyone at all four (*) different phone *'s that I have acquired. They all have the same message, they have high volume of calls, pls call back on online to the help*account, which I have done.
