Both my wife and I had to update the app yesterday - due to the update. I was able to check in and buy a ticket today. On her phone it keeps saying need to be within *** yards. Both google maps and your app confirms the location to be inside the theater. I walked around and could not get it to work(always says need to be within *** yards). I have texted my issue and it has been over * hour and no help. We have turned the phone on and off and the app - no help. We reloaded the app and now she gets the "we noticed you switched to difference device and will be locked out for ** days" What the heck - this is her same phone and account.**I included a screen shot showing how on the app circle her phone is in the middle of the theater.**Now I have no choice but to go allow or miss out of the movie as it will show I already went.**I am not happy about this.
