I could not get Movie Pass to work Tuesday. My wife was able to use hers. I tried using her phone to log out and sign in under my account, and it would not let me. MP did not recognize the device I was using. We used to have one smart phone and did that signing out and in several times, before we both got new smart phones. I had to buy a ticket on my own credit card so we could go to the movies. The previous week I had to sign into my account, User ID & Password. It worked, but this was the first time I had to do that in a month. Both of our phones had worked fine before. When I open the Movie Pass App, it tells me that location services must be enabled. When I followed the Enable Location Services clue, I see a bunch of data that indicates that is enabled. Guess what? It did not change the situation. I do remember that the last time I used Movie Pass, I got a ticket, I took a photo, I sent it & I got an OK.

GetHuman-rwjennin did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
