Help with my MoviePass issue
GetHuman814913's next move: talk to MoviePass when they open.
MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman814913 a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Used my movie pass the first time at Regal Cinema without any problem. A few days later used it at the same Regal but when I hit Check In it never completed my purchase. I checked with the clerk twice but nothing went through. I’d like credit for my ticket but now I’m concerned this may continually occur. How do I resolve? Thanks.... Mary
