I signed up for * movie passes. One for me and another for my husband. Our Visa has been billed for both passes. My account and email is showing up on my husband's phone and his account is nowhere to be found on either his phone or mine.*My name is Pam Heims, my movie pass* is **************** I have an iPhone **My husband's name is Al Heims and his movie pass* is **************** he has an iPhone ***I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact movie pass and have become VERY frustrated with an inability to talk to someone live, the email help line does not offer a resolution and the "live Chat" option they direct you to, is not functioning. We have been unable to use our movie pass, despite paying for it.*Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!!*Thank you!
