Help with my MoviePass issue

Movie Pass is saying I already saw the movie Oceans * on June *th at *:**. There weren’t enough seats and I had to cancel it and checked in for Solo at *:** instead. My Movie Pass went through. I have a copy of my ticket stub as proof, but it won’t let me copy it to this post. If you give me an email, I will be glad to forward it to you. Since Solo went through, it’s obvious I couldn’t see Oceans * at the same time. I wanted to take my daughter tonight to Oceans *, but it is saying I already saw it and won’t allow me to check in. Can you please fix this so I can still use my Movie Pass to see Oceans *? Thank you in advance for your time and attention. *Sincerely,*Cindy S Macomber
