I am very annoyed with the ability to find any answers for my issues on the app or web site. I purchased at least ** gift cards at Christmas and now the recipients are unable to continue them. They are locked out of their apps and if they try to open a new account it says that email is already in use. Can this be resolved?? I know they want to continue using movie pass but it seems to be impossible. Hope to hear from you so I can help my family that I bought the gift subscriptions for. I have been a member since last September and love it but am at my wits end trying to get the issue resolved you are losing revenue as we speak. ....
