When I first downloaded the MoviePass app, I scrolled through several first-time user tips and then saw a screen saying, “Your MoviePass card is now activated.” When I went to a movie theater and tried to check in for a movie, however, I immediately received a red banner message saying “your card is not active.” There is no option in the app to rectify this, and I tried deleting and re-downloading the app, only to have the same thing occur. I am using an iPhone *, and was trying to check in without WiFi. Please confirm if there is anything I should do to fix this card, or if there is an option for me to provide the MoviePass number.
