My husband and I are paying $*.** per month for unlimited movies with MoviePass. Recently at the movie I got an alert that I had reached my limit. I tried the chat feature. I was told that the movies are unlimited, but I had * per month. This makes no sense to me. When I asked for an explanation I never heard back and my chat feature froze. We both purchased our tickets. I tweeted about the problem and was asked for my email address, and then heard nothing. I tweeted again, same thing. I feel like I am being ripped off.
