Help with my MoviePass issue

I got a new phone and despite logging out on any and all other devices and deleting the app, I still get the unauthorized device error message when trying to use it. Of course without access to the app I can't contact customer service through the app and despite being after their ** AM starting time for support hours, I keep getting the recording that I'm calling outside of business hours.
GetHuman-jm_bland did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
I have an issue with MoviePass too

I called customer service. It took a few tries but when they answered they fixed it in minutes and I used my MoviePass that night!
