When I press check in on the app to watch Deadpool * @ the United Artist Theater in La Canada Flintridge, CA *****, instead of checking me in an error pops up at the top of the screen saying “Response content-Type “text*plain” does not match any acceptable types: application*json”. So, I had to purchase my ticket instead of using MoviePass. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and restarting my phone but the error kept popping up. I was hoping for a reimbursement for the ticket price. I have a receipt for the ticket if necessary.
GetHuman761250 did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
