Help with my MoviePass issue
The issue in GetHuman-dotkrone's own words
Trying to get it to work .... After * months, I only get canned responses. My account status is still reading : PROCESSING ... After month's I am STILL unable to use my MoviePass as it STILL says PROCESSING ... So I paid for Moviepass and get to pay for my movies too !!!! Is anyone out there to help before I report you to the BBB !!!!!
This really makes customers angry and in turn makes the post negative things about movie pass. For one - I would NOT recommend MoviePass to anyone
I want someone who can update my card so it works ...
Over * months and still can't use it !
I have opened tickets, called over ** times only to get the message we are too busy to help you ....

How GetHuman-dotkrone fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-dotkrone to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
