I was trying to buy a movie ticket. I tried to sign in on my phone and it keeps telling me it is an unauthorized device. In an attempt to fix it I have: changed my password twice, re-installed the app twice and tried to call * times and left * emails so far. ... The app keeps telling that the app is signed on to a different device. What??????Re-set it or what? I reinstalled the app already.
I bought the pass in November and have no trouble until now.

I have an issue with MoviePass too
How GetHuman-wyominde fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-wyominde to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
