MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-ljsilvon a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Simply use it to get my tickets. ... The last two times I have tried to use movie pass it has not worked and the app just closes on me. Has this happened to others? How can I fix it?
I have called multiple times. I have had the phone hung up on me because of too many callers. It takes an average of * times before I can get through each time I call. I have been told to email support by the phone contact only to have the email response say that I must submit a ticket!!! I am at wit's end. This is beyond frustrating.

I've been a customer since March and have only been able to use this successfully twice.
I have deleted cache, updated the app, changed password. I have called multiple times and have talked to at least * different agents. I have emailed twice. I have submitted ticket through their website once.
