GetHuman-moboy's customer service issue with MoviePass from April 2018

Help with my MoviePass issue
When i was trying to select the movie it told me that i had to take a picture of the ticket. I pressed OK and got the notice "session had expired" and MP card would not work. I tried it two or three time with the same results. I ended up paying for ticket. Now when I try to open the app it just goes to a screen trying to sell me a card for $*.** per month. I have already paid for a year at $***.** now it doesn't work.
I trust that MoviePass will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.

How GetHuman-moboy fixed the problem:
Uninstall the app from phone and then reinstall. Had to setup new p***word however.
