Multiple log in problems, even with new p***words that were “successful”. *Says my credentials are not accepted. I want the log in corrected ASAP.**Because of that I was unable to use app at the theater and had to pay for a ticket. This is not acceptable to me. Please refund. **Also, when I look at my app on my iPad I am asked to show verification of a ticket that I have not even purchased yet! So that problem inactivates any other action on the app.**Why is there NO active chat line for customer service as indicated by your info* Help section???
