Replace a DVD that I thought wasn't working, as described above. ... I have tried to email you recently, but am not sure if the email got through to you.*Awhile back, I ordered a DVD “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” from you to replace one that I had that did not seem to be working. Shortly after I ordered it, I discovered that the aforementioned DVD was again working. Not even an hour after I ordered it, I tried to cancel the order. A few days later I still received the DVD in the US mail. I immediately went to my local post office and*returned the DVD in the original package, not even opening the package. I expected a full refund for this purchase, but I was still charged on my Discover card. Through Ebay, I have dealt with*you in the past and never had an issue.*Please do the right thing and issue me a$*.** refund. I believe the order number was: item ************.*In addition, I have tried two different phone numbers in an attempt to *reach you: *-***-***-**** and ***-***-****, but neither number allowed me to get through to you.*My billing address is: **** North ***th Street*Wauwatosa, Wisconsin *****-****.**Thank you for your attention to this matter.*Sincerely,*Mike Rochwerger
I returned the item unopened in the original packaging and was still charged for the item.
Issuing me a full refund for the price of the DVD, $*.** on my Discover Card.
I don't how long I've been a customer (through ebay), but I'm quite certain that I've ordered from you in the past.
Yes. As described above, I have tried emailing you and tried calling you at two different phone numbers, but neither number connected me to you.
