Dear Sir Please refer to the trailing mail from Amazon India through where we have purchased Moto G*splus.*IMEI No-****************Where as the mobile has been delivered with rear camera defect which we did not observe in the initial period. There after*I have been twice to Visakhaptnam service center for repair or replace but the did not accept as the warranty given by the seller is*not getting verified online nor validated. I have mailed the facts to amazon to resolve the issue. They have sent me a mail as under.*The observation is as follows.**. I have gone through your mail and see that the Manufacturer is denying to provide you any solution regarding the warranty. **. As because of Amazon policy we required of valid documentation from the manufacturer denying the service so that our automated system shall process the full refund or replacement as per availability. **. To help you with the issue, I would request you to provide us a "Service Denial Letter" so that we can get exceptional authorization from our management with the letter and create a replacement for you.**So it is requested issue service denial letter at the earliest as we have to pursue further with amazon to recover the los at the earliest.*Purchase Invoice and warranty issued by the seller through amazon attached.*Thanking you
