My name is jilsa. one year back i bought a phone moto g* . * weeks before when i came to my home town my phone charger is not working and phone switch off because of no charge we went to authorized service center near to me they told me its because of my phone cable after changing this it will be okay.&they told us they don't have cable we have to wait they will orderd soon after two-three days when we call they told us its out of stock they told us to wait.for temporary use we bought a duplicate normal cable but it doesn't show wheather its gets charge or not so we thought orginal charger needed thats why its not working before that the service center people told us when the orginal cable came they have to update this save all the files to somewhere else all the details will be deleted.and one dya they told us tell ur phone emi number for that we try to on the phone that time i saw phone have **% whne we told them that time they are telling maybe its because of battery complaint .they told us to bring the phone and they told us there is scratch in the phone when they open this possibility to break ur back cover better to buy a new back we said okey.after that they said battery have complaint we have to change battery we siad okay now its more than **** weeks my phone is like that its with customer care.nothing happen to my phone whenever we call they told us its out of stock next week it will come this way they are fooling us.they know well that this june warranty will be over.they try to cheat us.disatisfied with motorola service center product.
