Hello my name is Cristie ,we booked a room in advance and payed for it over phone. Check in time is at *:** and we arrived at about *:** and room still wasn't ready. My family and I (which includes our large dog) had to wait in our car for *hrs. And the room we payed for was queen size with * queen beds and micro-fridge and we have * full sized beds and is upstairs which is very difficult going up and downstairs with large dog, and not very safe. We have a * night stay here and I would sure appreciate to be able to switch to a downstairs with room we payed for. Thank you
